This rumour has no significance at all, it is completely untrue. I don't know what has made someone say this but on behalf of the BVC, I want people to ignore any rumours of this kind. Why would the BVC want to merge with OSSC??

The BVC is a group in their own right and certainly won't be merging with anyone.
