Mike,
I know you said you personally went and had a face to face meeting with the bus co after the balls up. Who did you speak to? I am getting really peeeeeed off with them now, they still owe me reciepts from September and October.

First I speak to Wayne/Graham, then I went above them to Alan, he too didnt seem to give a monkies....

Just wondered who you spoke to, and how you managed to get a discount for the Port Vale bus, cos that is the path i am going down now.
