rebel 13 regions no longer good

it seems the rebel 13 regions are nolong alot of them good. reason is that the latest update for pc's changes how regions are handled also the way maxis made file saveing makes it so its case sensitive also. plus ae's terrain maker on their sites haveing problems. they need to change how terrains are done and the way it stores data for saved regions and games; its a paing haveing to constantly scroll and click through directories.
