Subject: SCRACC program

To download the program that i use, you have to go to this website http://members.shaw.ca/scracc/

Then click where it says Download Scracc v0.98.7

Scracc means Sim city region and config creator.

Once you have installed it click on start then scroll up to program files and it should be there. To get used to the program, first import a smaller sized map, for example download the boston map at Rebels site then open it. Click on config, then overlay config on region. Now on the left you should see small, medium and large tiles. These represent the city sizes. Place them however you like and save the config file.

Now, once you have the hang of it the bigger maps are a problem. You cannot load big maps in true colour or high colour. Click on your display properties and swap to 256 colour. You should now be able to load your portland map or any other large map and place the config files where you want.

I didnt, make the program, Robin Lee did and all the credit goes to him. If you need further help with the program i suggest e-mailing him at ordio@shaw.ca
