Subject: Incomplete loading of maps?

Has anyone encountered a problem where a map will not load completely, as in some sections will just be missing? I tried this with Middle Earth last night, and it all came in fine except for a bunch of adjacent sections in the bottom corner (around where Minas Tirith and Mordor would be, for those who are familiar with Tolkien).

I ran into a similar thing loading the Philadelphia map, only in addition to sections being missing, a bunch of sections appeared as kind of gray and blue and black and just generally messed up. So if anyone has seen this happen before or has suggestions, let me know.

Thanks!
