The Long-tailed Duck was still present just before Noon today, Saturday. About directly North from the large green trash dumpster that is at the east end of the beach parking lot. Fairly close in birding terms, might as well have been a mile for this photographer....

Thanks Rick for reporting this bird.

BTW: I have not been able to refind the Shrike at the campground. Admittedly I have only searched from the road.
