Subject: Sandusky Bay and area 4/27

Jeff and Becky Cullen and I spent some of today scouring the nooks and crannies of Sandusky Bay and environs.

Since there was a near complete lack of neotropical migrants, we found only 97 species.

Without question, the best bird was a Lark sparrow found along a road west of Pickeral Creek wildlife area in Sandusky county.

This species is exceedingly rare away from the Oak Openings.
