John, I am still debating whether or not I will attend the field trip tomorrow. I was out along the river today and there was not much to be seen. If I do go and we quickly find the icleand gull that was located along Bayshore Road yesterday I may just go home early. If you would like to email me your phone number I can certainly call you a little later this evening when/if I decide.

I did not take your comment on the field trips as criticism. I just decided it would be good to let folks know that the schedule will be forthcoming soon, hopefully, because you are right, it should be posted by now. We have a lot of new ideas for this year with details that still need to be worked out.

We do know that the next scheduled field trip is Owls of Killdeer Plains on February 22nd. There have been several inquiries by people interested in that trip so you can now mark your calendars. Hopefully it will be as good as last year's trip.
