Subject: Good waterfowling

Local inland lakes an quarries are worth checking right now for migrating waterfowl, mostly divers.

I checked the followibg bodies of water today: Salisbury quarry, Hidden Harbour lake, and a couple of points along the Maumee downtown.

Nothing unusual, but a good variety of divers were seen at all locations. A total of over 20 Horned grebes were seen.

Get out and enjoy these fancy birds!

Greg
