Greg's post inspired me to make the rounds tonight after work. Especially since Olander Park is a stones throw from my house.

Unfortunately there were no Horned Grebes to be found at Olander, and the only thing of interest were 3 Pied-billed Grebes.

At a secret "puddle" behind the Meijer on Central and King, there were about 10 Lesser Scaup, and 13 Bufflehead.

At Hidden Harbor East, the large number of Redhead remain, in addition to a handful of Scaup and a single Red-breasted Merganser. I could not find a good vantage point to view the main lake, so I'm not sure if there were any Loons present. (need to ask Greg where to scan the main lake from, as it seems completely surrounded with houses.)
