Subject: New arrivals to Wood County

There were a few new arrivals to Wood County today, Saturday the 27th. A great-creasted flycatcher was at Wintergarden Park in Bowling Green, a Baltimore oriole was seen at the Van Tassel Access off of Rt. 65, and Caspian terns were almost common all along the Maumee River. Chimney swifts were also flying over the river. My biggest surprise of the day though was a common moorhen at the Baldwin Woods marsh west of Bowling Green.
