Thanks for the comments. Roxanne and I did not know about the park in Rossford. It is a neat place. We stopped there this afternoon (Friday) and saw the Brown Thrashers (one sang for us for about 15 minutes), lots of kinglets and white throated sparrows, a Baltimore Oriole, some yellow-rumps, and Nashville Warblers and probably a warbling vireo. The were plenty of herons and egrets in the river. Also saw a Belted Kingfisher, and a mature bald headed eagle. In addition we saw a Rose-breasted Grosbeak at the 577 Foundation feeder.

I have been seeing a belted kingfisher at the pond along the towpath trail in Side Cut Park as well as both kinds of kinglets and a lot of other stuff.

Keep up the messages, they help us beginners. Paul
