Subject: Northern Saw-Whet Owl

today i went back to get another look at the odd gesse and maybe a few new pics. unfortunatly i didnt get any really good pics of the geese but when maneuvering my way around the pond i scared up a bird my intial thought of the bird in flight was woodcock. luckily i saw the bird land in nearby brush. once i got my binoculars up i took a good look and realized it was an owl. initially i wasnt sure what type but then i soon realized the saw-whet i saw at killdeer plain earlier in the year. luckily i had my camera with me unluckily i ran out of battery b4 i got any good pics. luckily i had my dad drop some batteries off and i got many good pictures. once again the bird is at fulton pond in eastern fulton county. just north of road H on county road 3. my friend has some pics on his website but im not sure if i can post his site yet but when i know ill let ya know. joe
