1) I don't know what polls you read, but 70% of Americans are in favor of Bush's policies and the war in Iraq.

****Your information is no better than that which you deride. Now wonder you make no citation of evidence to prove your claim. It is impossible to verify a fantasy.

2) Bush had UN approval for military action - Resolution 1441... We tried to get another only at the request of our biggest/friendliset ally, PM Blair. France, Russia, Germany and probably China wanted to block it, so we went for the Iraqi regime change. We had to. We Americans don't believe in waiting for a lunatic to kill us first before we stop him. That's lunacy!

****More political propaganda. Resolution 1441 does NOT approve military action. You perpetrate a lie to say otherwise. Saddam has NOT tried to kill us. Sounds like you would kill a neighbor because you saw him bring home a gun on the premise that he might do harm to you with it some time in the future. Trying to justify homidcide is the lunacy!

4) The death penalty is appropriate for some killers. You should try reading God's Word once in a while, and your strange attitude about us might change a little. Death penalty is clearing consistent with Biblical/Godly principles.

****Ture. But a death penalty comes as a result of a trial. That is the part you want to deprive your enemies of. You wish to jump right from accusation to the death chamber. Mr. Hitler would have agreed with you, but I do not.

5) Our care for the oil of Iraq is to retain it for the people of Iraq, not to exploit it for our benefit. I personally hope we do use some of the oil proceeds to rebuild Iraq for the Iraqi people, and less will have to come from tax payers. But since we have committed to rebuild Iraq, I am willing to pay my share.

****If you want to spend your money to help the Iraqis, have at it. You have NO right to require others to do so. Are you a socialist?
