G. Galilei: Welcome to Larry King Live, Weekend Edition. I am Galileo Galilei, sitting in for Larry King. Tonight, it is my pleasure to host a face-off between Attorney General John Ashcroft and Drug Enforcement Administration head, Asa Hutchinson. Join me and my special guests as we discuss domestic terrorism. We will also be taking your calls.
G. Galilei: John, you are quoted as saying that there is a domestic axis of evil consisting of the DEA, ATF and the Army Corp of Engineers. Our other guest, Asa, takes exception to being included in the triad.
J. Ashcroft: Once again Asa has unleashed his rogue troops on a facility which grows medical marijuana. This California facility was operating in compliance with state law, enacted with the help of a referendum by the people of California. The particulars of this raid highlight the need to take immediate action against this domestic terrorist group. I consider DEA agents enemies of the people of the United States of America.
A. Hutchinson: John, these agents are just doing their jobs. Right or wrong. These are good agents.
J. Ashcroft: The best agents you have are ones such as Shaun Curl and Richard Fuss.
A. Hutchinson: The names are vaguely familiar.
J. Ashcroft: Yes, they are deceased DEA agents, Asa. The good DEA agents always seem to be the dead DEA agents. They do not kill innocent Americans. Asa, I am hopping mad about your organization. I tell the people this. Arm yourselves. When terrorist agents come, prepare to die but take as many of them as you can with you. This is what the Second Amendment is all about.
A. Hutchinson: Won't happen John. Most pot smokers are peace loving people. That is why we have such a blast when we raid a medical marijuana facility. We storm these facilities in camouflage and black face and assault rifles at the ready. We have to kick some AIDs emaciated butt. Besides, most of these facilities do not have weapons.
J. Ashcroft: To that end I have a method for counteracting a raid by your terrorist agents. It is a one-off though. Oh yes, do not forget Ken McCullough.
A. Hutchinson: Come Again?
J. Ashcroft: Yes, A DEA agent killed in the Oklahoma City blast. People forget that while McVeigh accidentally killed innocent children, he was able to eliminate a half dozen of your terrorist personnel. McVeigh is lauded for that. McVeigh will go down in history as firing the first salvo in the real War on Drugs.
A. Hutchinson: Do not forget that some of those DEA personnel killed in Okalahoma City were secretaries and were innocent of any direct involvement in DEA raid action.
J. Ashcroft: Well, as President Bush has said, if you support terrorism, you are a terrorist. If you work for the DEA in any capacity, you support terrorism. Anyway, the way to counteract a DEA raid is to store your marijuana in a central location of your building. In the room, you will have a used refrigerator, a floor heater, two compressed air tanks, some air hose and most importantly, air pads. Also, fertilizer and two types of fuel. With a pneumatic deadman button, upon a DEA raid, you will level the house and everything in a 75 yard radius. Unfortunately, you will only get to do this once. But if you have only six months to live because of illness, you and a dozen terrorist agents can go to the great beyond together. A. Hutchinson: John, you are letting this Department of Justice thing go to your head. Lighten up
