Subject: Why we are a democracy (not a Constitutional Republic)! Author: d daxx [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 02:48:20 12/14/02 Sat In 1913, when all of the socialist, humanist and liberal philosophies emanated into our Republic from Europe, the (not)federal reserve and the income tax, a misrepresentation and misinterpretation of the 16th amendment, were enacted, and thereby initiated the destruction of our great Constitutional Republic! As the years passed many of the "whims and fancies of mischievous and perhaps evil men (persons in the contemporary vernacular)" as warned by Madison in the Federalist Papers, were added to supplement the socialization of this nation! When the control of the media, the primary enemy of the people since it screams the loudest for freedom of speech and freedom of the press, and the control of the government schools was accomplished, the dumbing-down of the masses was completed! Today, very few citizens of the States know or understand what the Founding Fathers sacrificed in order for them, the present citizens, to throw it away so easily! The sports agendas, the present-day gladiators, are effectively amusing (no-think) those same masses to completely ignore all of the violations of the limitations and restrictions of the Constitution, plus, the complete bypassing of the command(s) of the Bill of Rights that government SHALL NOT INFRINGE upon those inalienable Rights! Presently, there is only the hope that the masses will remove their heads from where the sun does not shine and begin demanding adherence to the Constitution, otherwise, the great writings of H.G.Wells, George Orwell, among others will certainly become reality; and not head-set, virtual reality, but true reality!
