You might mention that the anti male bias continues long after the graduation ceremony. The anti male-particularly anti white male- bias is rampant in the hiring process, both in corporate America and the non-profit sector.

Maybe males are waking up to the fact that after 4 years of exposing themselves to anti male diatribes, they will still be waiting tables or running a cash register at Border's. Therefore, they are making the decision not to invest thousands of dollars in an increasingly useless degree.
