Dr. Paul is in his sixties, I believe, and I would bet he has been inoculated for small pox in the past, as many of us have been. He is a multiple-term US Congressman from Texas and a MD. So, I'd say he DOES know what he is talking about. He is also a Republican. He is also at least smart enough to know better than to allow government to act as his personal physician.
