And what if the snitcher is wrong and the innocent person's life is turned upside down for nothing? Innocent people are in prison for less. Where do we draw the line? It sounds to me like you are a perfect example of the citizen who is willing to give up EVERYTHING - including their freedom - to be safe. When you do that .... you are neither safe - nor free. There are enough laws already in place to keep us safe without having to resort to citizen spying on citizen. You are being conned by your own government. Read about the snitch program in Nazi Germany. It is SOOO like this one! A free society does not spy-and-tell on its fellow citizens.
