Well , with those alternatives I think our imperfect liberal society shines through as a beacon which just like a lighthouse in the roughest sea's needs looking after , as the voices like Reza's is anethma to most CIVILISED people.
Pim Fortuyn in the Netherlands was an outspoken homosexual brought up in enlightened Holland , his voice said what most people thought but which was not said because of political correctness , he said 'that islam in enlightened countries would pull us all down to the level of society of 500AD .He got killed for these views.
One only has to look at the immigration of islam into our western societies & see that a proportion do not come to have a better life but to bring us all down to the level of the same states which they have come from.
If our choice is Mr Joe or Mr Reza then as far as I'm concerned their is no choice , if this is what is called a clash of civilisations then lets have it now before more islamic countries get a nuke like Pakistan.I really do feel sorry for the countries with borders of islamic countries & weep for the poor souls , whether they are in Serbia or the Phillipines or Nigeria or Israel or Sudan or Montenegro or Russia or parts of Indonesia or India or Western Europe , there is one common thread , IF YOU'RE NOT A MUSLIM THEN YOUR A PIECE OF SHIT & WE WILL EAT YOU UP.
The liberty which we all take for granted is something that people have strived & worked for & it would be a travesty if we threw it away.
Can you imagine what the world would be like if 'el cid' had not kicked the moors out of Southern Spain 500 years ago, we must remember that lesson unless we want to go back to an ILLIBERAL backward society which is practised in most countries controlled by islam.
