This whole zoneing thing is out of control.
It is a political mess caused by the big money boys,
The corporations.
Most of the land was purchased from the US by land patent for $1.25 per acre and the grantee received a "land patent" for it. The US signed it over to the owner with all " rights , privledges and immunities, to have and to hold forever," This includes the current owners and the simple fact of the matter is that the US, States, counties and local townships, cities and villages have absolutely no juristiction aver the land and cannot get juristiction,
Simple fact.
Try this simple act. Write to anyone in government with a freedom of information act request and ask for a certified copy of the document that gives them any jurisdiction over your land.
They will reply that they have no such document in their office. case closed. check out landrights.com
