While Mr. Wilbourn made a valiant attempt at shedding the myths created by government propoganda, he failed in at least one point:

"Because of the inhibited state of the senses as well as the restraint of the mental capacity of the individual taking marijuana, they feel that they are more careful when operating machines or heavy equipment, but it is a false sense of caution. Just the opposite is true."

Not quite. New British research has concluded that unlike alcohol-intoxicated drivers, marijuana-intoxicated drivers both recognize their intoxication and correspondingly drive slower and more carefully to compensate. In fact, reaction ability and reaction times were not affected at all, even at the highest doses.
