Elegant glass is not a U-V gel nail manufacturer. Elegant Glass is a fiberwrap system that uses a gel type resin (thicker viscosity adhesive/glue) and fibergalss, along with an activator to dry the resin. As far as I know they do not have a primer????? So I'm not sure what product it is that you are looking for.
