If the gel peels off, then it probably is not cured properly or may be too thin an application. Either cure longer, or replace your bulbs. If it is a new light, then check the hand placement in the light. OPI gels use a gel based primer (I think), so there already is primer in the first coat of gel that is applied (bonder, basecoat, whatever they call it). Also, check your prep steps (similar to acrylic prep steps) and watch your application: bonder gels go on very thin, almost scrubbed into the nail. All other gels are "floated" onto the nail to build with.
