The first thing to do would be to contact the appropriate networks and/or production companies involved. Based on past experience, you'd most likely get an answer of "no", but in your case they might make an exception for you if you were related to someone who appeared on the program.

I would also consider checking the National Film & Sound Archives' online database, which can be accessed at http://colsearch.nfsa.afc.gov.au. Chances are that the particular episodes that you are after won't be available, but they might have other episodes of those shows in their collection.
