被問到如何提高行業的質素時，他強調，金沙很重視形象，不會讓黑社會人物在娛樂場內活動，並強調：「我們寧願犧牲市場佔有率，以換取合法的經營。」對於會否擔心有妓女在金沙賭場「搵食」，他笑說：「妓女也有休假的時間，我們亦會歡迎她們光臨。」
