Subject: Chicago St. falls by 5 to Wis.-GB

Chicago State 65, Wisconsin-Green Bay 70

Chicago State (1-4) kept the game close, but was unable to pick up the victory over Wisconsin-Green Bay. Trailing after the first half, 36-28, the Cougars picked up the offense in the second, outshooting UWGB 50%-41%, but it wasn't enough to erase the deficit. Chicago State's Craig Franklin tied a career-high tallying 28 points in the contest, including six baskets from beyond the arc. Tony Weeden also scored in double figures with 20 points.
