Subject: Deloitte 3rd Externship (又名: 白痴的我)

這次externship目的地是The Greater Boston Food Bank，工作是做義工。

超級市場都會給food bank捐贈食物，包括次貨和快到期的存貨。
義工們的主要任務是把食物篩選、分類、入箱、再搬運到儲存的貸倉等待送到需要援助的人手中。

我們一群來externship的人，就這樣在一個沒有冷氣、只有風扇的大貨倉內四處張羅，務求達到最高效率。

白痴在哪兒?

事出Deloitte的HR建議我們穿著普通裝束去這個活動，唯一提醒我們的是不容許穿露腳趾的鞋。
白痴的我當天上班穿了涼鞋，那當然是露出我所有端正的腳趾，
可惜我到了乘搭最後一程交通工具才發覺。
結果我在下車之前作了一個重要的決定:

下車後，我立刻到了車站對面那間便利店買了紗布和繃帶(竟然給我找到便利店和這些用品!)，把自己的右腳拇指包紮起來，然後以蹣跚的腳步步行到food bank。
結果大家都可能估得到，會計師樓的工作人員當然沒有理由責備我，而當地的指導員更把最輕量的工作分配給我。

好白痴......不過沒有選擇的餘地。
