Subject: H.O.T.

好久沒有外出吃晚飯，今晚我倆到了H.O.T.。
H.O.T.= House of Teriyaki，不是「hot」，我們都叫它「H O T」。
H.O.T.是離宿舍最近的飯店，只三十分鐘路程。
顧名思義那是一間日本餐廳，而我倆的target菜都是sashimi rice。
其實sashimi rice並非日本菜，又不是韓國菜(上次到韓國菜館想點它時給兇惡的老闆娘粗聲粗氣的指正過......)，我猜它是混血兒。
精髓在於那甜辣醬，加入充滿masago、魚生、青菜、紫菜的飯，滋味無窮。

飯後從H.O.T.步行回宿舍，天還未全黑，清爽舒服。

甚麼時候再有如此機會?
