Subject: The new game...

First of all, I would like to say congratulations to DS on taking over Hidden Valley... I must say I used to think it was one of the best horse RPGs out there, but now I'm not too sure. Just giving you my honest opinion... I will however give it a chance and comply by the new rules. However, you must understand that it is hard for some people to simply forget past relationships. I'm not saying that it is wrong for you to ask us to do that, but please be understanding if someone slips once or twice. I would also like to say that I'm a tad disappointed that WUAS was not accepted... I know that the past has been forgotten, but he ran a successful herd and was very active in the old HV. I'm on many times a day... I apologize if you think I'm being disrespectful, in fact I am showing my respect to you with honesty. I know it must not be easy to run a game, and take criticism... Also Allie, are you DS? You were SD, correct? Just wondering because of a couple posts before this by DS/Allie... And this is my last thing, I promise :-) If a stallion is not accepted into the herd, does he stay in the stallion area? If so, what is he expected to do there?

Don't take being NOT accepted as a bad thing - not many stallions will be accepted. Since we started over, what you did with your past herd is unknown - judgements are only made on what you are like in first impressions, etc. HOWEVER, that being said -

You stand a good chance of being accepted in the future, if you continue playing so well. If you are not accepted by DS, you stay in the stallion area until you are. I can garauntee that as more mares join, DS will have to accept more stallions to take some of them away from him.

I know you and a few other people liked the old HV better, but thank you for at least giving this new one a chance. Everyone else in your herd kinda went nuts/ballistic/a bit CRAZY and blew everything way out of proportion.

Anyway - hope that answered your question - Allie is at a horseshow until Monday, but I'm sure she'll respond when she gets a chance. :)
