Subject: Can You Identify This Episode?

There was this episode where a Serbian immigrant barricaded himself inside his apartment and started sniping at passersby with a shotgun, yelling out what sounded like "Ustashi Midway," but was actually "Ustashi te mrtvi" (pronounced oo-STAH-shee tuh MIT-way), which means "Ustashi, you're dead!" in Serbo-Croatian (the Ustashi were Croats and Bosnian Muslims who collaborated with the Nazis during World War II and helped them kill more than a million Serbs). Apparently the man was having some sort of "flashback" which triggered the incident.

Does anyone know what the title (if any) of this episode was, and in what season, or date, it originally aired? Thank you.
