I just did a google search for: yacht crew wanted

and it turned up sites like:

http://www.crewfile.com/
http://www.floatplan.com/crew.htm
http://www.globalcrewnetwork.com/
etc.

I know literally nothing about these sites and even less about the boats posting there, so take it all with a grain of salt....

I also hear about people showing up at the docks of popular cruising departure points and hitching a ride as crew. I've never done it, and don't know the sailing scene on the East Coast at all.

When do you need to be in Europe?
