Subject: My new boat!!

After sailing last summer and briefly living on my old 19' sloop I wound up living back in Edmonton where I grew up far from the ocean for the winter. Now I'm back! In Vancouver and found myself another boat. I sort of consider this my first 'real' boat and I can't wait to start sailing it. I actually found it in Anacortes. It's a Pacific Seacraft Dana and while it wasn't cheap I'm justifying that by telling myself it's a lot cheaper than a mortgage since I'll be living on it. So I should have it paid off in 2-3 years.

Anybody else here have any experience with a Pacific Seacraft? I had always considered them too expensive but after looking around for a couple months at all my other options I just decided to go and take a look at a few and fell in love them.
