Jay, I could probably put something together that would at least display text. I've studied HTML and CSS a bit. There's an open source program called NVU that makes it stupidly simple to make pages. You just edit like you would a Word document and it automatically generates the HTML. There are also many open source web templates that can be customized to give it a reasonably professional look.

Anyway, send me an email if you want to try to put something together.
