Man, that sounds pretty amazing, if not challenging! :)

And getting ready for living aboard must be a thrill too... its so incredibly nice to leave all your extra shit behind, *especially* furnishings. that would have been much easier for me if i didnt have a pretty bad cycling (read: multiple bikes. but only two now) and music habit (read: own an upright bass... not boat friendly).

coming up to Seattle any time soon? we've been sailing October a fair amount after getting most of the rigging squared away, learning more each time. if nothing else, you and bob hall and i should grab a beer...

oh, and you can ask bob hall what wonders can be drummed up when offerings of fresh bread and baked goods are made among marina friends...
