No, I'm currently living ashore, doing 8-5, planning my escape, either by living simply on the land or the sea.
Right now I have a 32' Pearson (hauled out), and a 21' Dovekie ('the boat is the backpack'). The 13,000#, '76 Pearson 323 is for sale. It would be a perfect Phase 1.5 boat for a couple, with new main, 110, and assy. spinnaker. All it would need is to recut the jib to hank on, make yourself a 170, and you're set. I've already kicked the waterheater, pressure water, refrig. overboard and outfitted her with heavy anchors. Buy her now for 15K, a tiny bit more that a buck a pound. A friend who owned one, then traded for a Bristol 35, traded back to the 323, saying he felt more secure at sea in the 323.
I've done quite a bit of backpacking along the AT, and find it very comfortable to transfer that style of living to a sailboat. That's the way the Dovekie is set up, and with the 4" draft is perfect for inland sailing around here.
