Hi Phil,

Don't know about Griswold, I thought he & Wally went to the same school together.
I never got to hear the Choir live (except for the Odean Video). I knew nothing about the Choir until the mid seventies. The difference between the early Choir & the final version is amazing. Two totally different sounding bands. Once the keyboards became more prominent they should have changed the name, as the "signature" sound was gone. I preferred the original version. Yeah, the 12 string does sound good on that album. I could kick my butt for trading a Rickenbacker 12 string for a tape recorder a few years back. The recorder broke 2 years later & I couldn't get it serviced, but the 12 string? The guy still has it, it looks & sounds GREAT. AARRGGHH!
Do you think the tea will still be hot when it gets here?
