Dave,

I finally got to see you perform after all this time on your website and listening to your music. Thanks for a fantastic performance in Chicago Saturday night! It certainly exceeded my expectations. I really liked your song "It Seems So Easy". I remember on the Odean video you stated that you wrote it at Headlands Beach many years ago. It looked like Eric enjoyed singing it also. I would have liked to have heard "Should I Wait" but you said that the band was doing some reshuffling and that was a good one in place of another good one. Thanks for my request on this message board about playing "Its Cold Outside". I really enjoyed hearing the band play it. How appropriate and essential to your roots. I was fortunate to get a good spot about 20 feet in front of Eric. All of you were really enjoying the gig and I hope you can extend it beyond Cleveland in the future. The power, tightness, and energy was all there Saturday night! I could feel it in the crowd. Congratulations Dave....lets hope we can keep the message and meaning of the Raspberries alive in 2005!
Blessings to all of you.

Phil
