Date Posted: 09:59:57 05/12/05 Thu In reply to: Diane 's message, "Re: Dave Burke" on 16:13:31 05/10/05 Tue Will, Welcome. Always good to hear from old fans/friends. I haven't seen Dave Burke in years, but believe he works in the postal system and lives in Lake Co with his family. I hope he still plays, as he was amazing. And a cool guy. I haven't lived in the Cleveland area for years ,so I'm not in touch with the musicians you spoke of. All good players, I'm sure. Their tenure in the local scene was after I had moved on, post Choir days to other adventures.I have heard of Oasis, and others have mentioned their music to me, but I can't say I'm familiar, really. Anyway, good to hear from you, and we'll be in Cleveland on the 15th of July, if you can make it. Take care, Dave >>Hey Dave. Glad to see The Berries are back in action. >>I grew up in Cleveland (near the Euclid border) and >>played in a few bands myself back throughout the >>mid/late 60s, and recall with great fondness both the >>Mods and the original Choir.
