I think that depends on exactly where in the sky your castle is. There are a few different layers to the atmosphere...so when it comes to constructing a castle in the air it's all about location location location. I think I would have my dungeon hanging down low enough so that passers by on airplanes could see the criminals I put in my dungeon. It would be a new form of embarrassment..."Look little Johnny, your very first airplane ride and you get to see the criminals in the sky dungeon. Make a face!". Yup. I think I'd have my dungeon right about airplane level. What is that? 30,000 ft? I should know this, I'm a pilot's kid.
