Yes, this dress can easily fit a 2T to a big 4T. It has 3 rows of hooks on the inside to adjust the skirt to her growing height. It also laces up the back, so when she gets wider, you can adjust it to size that way. It still fits my daughter, however, its time to move on.

It has no stains, no tears, no stones missing. Perfect condition! Same condition as it was the day it was made. I keep it stored in Rubbermaid Box.
