if the school district wants any money from him for the children, they should first deduct or reimburse any money he has paid in taxes that would have gone to their budget. and he should not have to pay back any state subsidies that penn hills did not get.

this all might carry more weight except that it is the local democrat leader trying to make a name for herself.
