Two can be offense and one goalie. Basically, one team starts out with the ball and has a player kick it to the next. They pass it back and forth while running down the field toward the opposing teams goal. The goalie's job is to keep them from hitting it into the net and scoring a point. Anyway, they have to keep it away from the other players and hit it into the gaol, or net. If you have more players, there can be two people on defense and three people on offense. A soccer field has lines to mark the boundries and one through the middle to show the center. That's where the ball starts out. Defense can't pass the center. Understand?
