I always thought that the demise of the aforementioned forum (T.A.T.H.F) was more due to the fact that the original owner had abandoned it and that because of the excess of spammers it had become too large for the website provider to support in his or her absence.
If you are correct in your assertion that the U.S Govt shut it down, then there is a question that absolutely HAS to be answered to!
If it is FACT that the site was closed down by the U.S Govt then the obvious question has to be "Why?".

Do you have conclusive proof of this MEL?
