I'm Federal Agent Jack Bauer and today is going to be the longest day of my life.

CTU, Los Angeles, and Washington D.C. are dead quiet. Jack, Kim, Chase, Tony, and Michelle are all working at their desks. Los Angeles is being normal, people on the streets and loud cars. The White House is on it's normal schedule. The past seems forgotten and forgiven. All to everyone but one man. Jack Bauer. The people still have a dread of what will happen next, what new terror will happen. They wait, and wait until they know. That day will be the longest day of their life.
