Mercury Isle v4.0 -- The Next Level


Sometimes its darkest just before dawn,

As the light of forgivness is cast far beyond reach,

The shadows of death, grievance and strife,

Whisked away at the hands of love and soundless speech,

But never does fail the lust for satisfaction,

The never ending quest for the promised lands,

A leader will fall, what a beautiful distraction,

The fate of many resting on none,

So here comes the break of dawn,

The shadows are rising and the darkness swept away,

Only hopes for the future left as the sorrow is gone..
Fiasco has fallen in battle against noble Desperado. Now leaderless, the island has split up into three followings. Under Hybrid Theory and Diablerie, the Dark race. Drops of Jupiter and Futuristic rule the Mercenaries, the nuetral breed of horses who fight for the side that offers them the most. The Lights named Spiritual Fire as their king, and he called upon his father, Desperado, to be his advisor. The Darks and Lights hate each other with a vengeance, but the nuetrals stay close-knit, even when they choose opposite sides to fight with. Peace is a facade that is easily broken by steals, any infaction by either race might become a Casus Belli. Yet the lights speak of somone who may be able to bring the island back together, somone who does not live among those of the island right now. So they stay there, warring and waiting in chaos and peace.
