Subject: Pern: The Lost Continent



Forgotten by the first settlers, a group of colonists along with dragonriders went off on their own to form a separate colony. They formed Kita Hold and Kita Weyr. In this company, there were only a few craftsman and no Harpers. Centuries passed and the people's view of the dragonriders began to diminish. Along with their view, the precious bond of dragon and rider also diminished. Now, Kita Hold and Weyr are controled by Lady Holder Visillian. Coincidentally (or not?) her daughter Robi became rider of the Queen dragon. Unknown to anybody but herself and her Queen, Tanth, Robi is secretly communicating with the Queen of Benden order to free the Dragonriders from Visillian's heavy-handed control.
