Thirty years ago, in 2003, in November a new Place was discovered. It was only a small island a few miles off the coast of Northern Brazil. All traveled from different places just to visit this place. A large city was built on it, the largest in the world, and had the most updated technology imaginable. By 2008 the City was completed and had hundreds of thousands of inhabitants flocking into this city. Everything was wonderful, life couldn't be better, and there were new inventions almost every month.

One horrifying day in 2009, the 'Outside World' stopped connecting with the island. At first it was nothing. There were plenty of provisions. It didn't stop the inhabitants worrying though, and soon enough there was food rationing, water was low, electric was running out and more and more trees were chopped down for firewood once the harsh Winter approached.

Many people died in this terrible state. Some managed to get back to main land but what was left, which was about 50,000 people and a desolate city, started to deteriorate very rapidly. By 2010 nothing remained but run down buildings, and the island could not be found again. Researchers, archeologists, geologists went out and searched long years for the Lost City but no sightings were found.

Travelling on through time, the year is now 2033 and one person had found the lost city. It was burnt to a crisp and only a few of the buildings remained. Now, new residents group together and spite each other in wanting to be the ruler of the island, driving off other groups. This lone, empty place must be revived, but it cannot happen over night. Several years must be accounted before happiness is brought here. Fancy a challenge?

Enter the realms of an advanced skilled game, fighting for survival, danger lurking around every corner. This was the past, the destiny if you like, of this Lost Island which will pick who it admits into its lands.
