This is not only a studio, this is a family. We are all treated equally, we all have the same rights, and we are all friends. Here at AA we are only accepting personalizers with exceptional Talents. If you are not accepted that does not mean that you aren't good, it simply means you don't reach our marks. There will be no arguing for it will not be tolerated here. Please, all of the workers compliment others. For that is how others get better, if you are mean and nasty, that will only make them feel worse about what they do. We are only excepting personalizers at the moment. When your picking up the picture you have ordered, please say thank you, we ask that you do not put others down for it does lower their self-confidence. This will result in banning for negative reply. We do not encourage others to skip orders. We also do not want others to "claim" orders above the ones that have not been completed. You may not like the picture that you are doing, but think about how happy the person who requested it will be. If you do not like your picture when it is finished, please state nicely of how you would like it to be finished. Please do not complain to the person who is doing your picture, for if it is taking longer then you wanted, it only means they want it to be perfect, and yes, we all have lives. Come make this studio apart of your family. We love new people, new talents, new additions. Pawz and Ivy are expecting you. Come and have fun. =)
