Don't get me wrong, We Are not going anywhere!!!!

What makes hunting people tick, especially Deer hunters?

I went to the Gator Nationals this past weekend, had the UHF banner flying high, had a few ask what we did? My response was; You Hunt in Florida and you don't Know what Organizations are out there protecting your Rights, your Hunting heritage? These same people claim they Use the computer to balance their check book!

This isn't my first time hearing this, but it just floors me when something you hold dear to you as many have claimed, can be gone in a moment yet people can be so blind to it! Everything today we Hold dear to Us is under some sort of attack, I Own a Body shop, i just renewed my occupational License, all of a sudden I'm being inandated by more license requirement then ever before, I spent more then five days down at the county building department trying to find out WHY this is happening, short story of it all was, the owner of the building changed after 25 years, now new rules apply, i had to pay about 2500.00 dollar more then last year to stay in business!

After three visits to the proctologist to get everyone out of my A$$, a few tucks and a cushion to sit on I'm feeling better, but my point here is, i had no one, no group to help me understand what was going on or guide me, not to mention go to Bat for me, hundreds of phone calls, gas, days lost from being at my shop making money was all i had to show for it, hell the owner of the building didn't know anything about it all!

Keep taking your heritage for a God given right, it won't be a pretty sight, politics are at play here, a heluva lot more then past years!
